Thanks for stopping by! - Tom Vinny Testaverde, who came out of retirement the last two seasons to help out the New York Jets and the New England Patriots, has come back again in 2007 to lend a hand in Carolina with the Panthers. The move came after Panthers starting quarterback, Jake Delhomme, suffered a season-ending arm injury. Vinny signed the day after agreeing and then declining an offer to play for the Arizona Cardinals. Testaverde, who turns 44 November 13, was the first overall pick by Tampa Bay in the 1987 draft. He has played 20 NFL seasons and has 269 touchdown passes, eighth in NFL history, and is sixth with 45,252 yards passing.
